How can I change or cancel my order?
For the best service and the timely dispatch of your order, please contact us within two hours of your order confirmation, so that we can make the changes you wish. You can contact us by email at hello@mamagalia.gr or by phone Monday to Friday between 10:00-18:00 at 2108224403 .
What are the payment methods?
We accept all card payments: Visa, Mastercard and American Express through the Viva Wallet app. The Vivapayments service allows you to send your payments online for product purchases through the Store securely, using a credit or debit card. When you choose Vivapayments as a payment method, you are redirected to the Vivapayments website, through which you can easily complete your order, without administrative and/or bank charges
expenses. From the start to the end of your connection all your information and personal details are encrypted based on the encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
The payment of your oder can made in cash upon receipt by the partner courier company. For cash on delivery service, the shipping cost incurs with an additional cost of (1.90) euro irrespective of the total amount of your order.

We will ship your order as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. We will then send you an e-mail to advise on the date of dispatch of your order and provide you with the unique tracking code to track your delivery.
What is the shipping cost?
We charge (4.90) euros regardless of the geographical location we ship. For orders above 60€ we do not charge shipping costs.
However, for cash on delivery service, we charge an additional (1.90€) regardless of the overall total.
What is the delivery time?
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
When placing an order latest by 12:00pm Monday to Friday, we ship your order the same day.
Product shipments are carried out by our courier partner EasyMail. The delivery time for shipments within Athens region and to big cities as well as to mainland destinations is 1 to 2 business days given that the orders was placed by 12:00pm at the latest.
For shipments to island destinations the deliveries are made within 2 to 4 working days from the following business day.
How can I make a return?
You have the right to return a product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt. This right is valid as long as the product is returned in its original state. You must choose the shipping method and you bear the full costs of returning it to the Company's headquarters. The address of the company is 24-26 Grammou, Vrilissia 15235, Athens, Greece.

Refunds can only be made when the product is returned to our Company and checked by us for its condition. The refund is then processed and you will receive the funds to your allocated bank account.
The products must be in their original condition, i.e. they have not suffered intentional or unintentional damage from the customer, to be unused, to be accompanied by the original packaging and any documents, as well as a copy of the invoice or receipt. For the rest, the exceptions provided apply by the relevant legislation, such as indicatively sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
All products are checked before they are shipped to customers. In the event that the value of the product has decreased due to mishandling, which goes beyond the simple examination of its functionality and characteristics, the Store has the right to deduct the specific monetary compensation from the amount to be returned.
In case of set-off, the Store will inform the consumer before the refund process is completed.

What should I do if I receive damaged products?
All products are carefully handled and shipped. If for some reason you receive a damaged product or the product is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@mamagalia.gr In this case we will refund your money within 15 days to the bank account of your choice. The shipping costs in this case for the return of the damaged products are covered by us.
