Please read the trading terms carefully as they contain very important information about your rights and obligations.

By successfully placing an order in the Store, you accept the Terms of Transactions. The contract with the Store is binding only if you are notified by the Store that your order has been accepted. Confirmation of order registration does not automatically imply acceptance of the order.

 

Information provided

The Company makes every effort to provide complete and valid information regarding the products available through the Store, both regarding their characteristics and their availability. In any case, however, there may be technical or typographical errors, which have escaped attention or occurred unintentionally or due to any downtime of the Store.

In any case, the Company undertakes to inform you in a timely manner about the unavailability of a product.

Right of withdrawal / Returns of products

Based on the relevant legislation (Law 2251/1994), persons who have the status of a consumer and act in this context, have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving a specific reason. This right applies as long as the product is returned in its original condition, while the consumer chooses the shipping method and bears the costs of returning to the Company's headquarters.

The calculation of the 14 days starts from the day of receipt of the products and any subsequent exercise of the right is considered overdue. In order to exercise the right, it is necessary to send a signed statement by email to hello@mamagalia.gr with the subject "Withdrawal" or by post to the address of the Company's headquarters.

Refunds can only be made when the product is returned to our Company and checked by us for its condition. Refunds are made exclusively in the same way in which it was purchased.

In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original condition, i.e. it must not have been intentionally or unintentionally damaged by the customer, it must not have been used, it must be accompanied by its original packaging and any documents, as and from a copy of an invoice or receipt of retail purchase. For the rest, the exceptions provided by the relevant legislation apply.

All products are checked before they are shipped to customers. In the event that the value of the product has decreased due to mishandling, which goes beyond the simple examination of its functionality and characteristics, the Store has the right to deduct the specific monetary compensation from the amount to be returned. In case of set-off, the Store will inform the consumer before the refund process is completed.

Force majeure

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes) it is not possible to send/deliver the products within the specified time period, the Store will contact the customer as soon as possible, in order for the latter to state whether he wishes the completing his order late.

Warranty

All products are covered by the warranty of the respective manufacturer or its authorized representative. The relevant forms accompany the product and define the more specific terms of the guarantee. To exercise your legal rights in relation to any product defects you can contact us in any available way.

Electronic Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution

The Store makes every effort to fully comply with the provisions of the Code of Consumer Ethics for Electronic Commerce (Government Gazette B΄969/22.3.2017). In this context, we inform you that as a consumer, you have the option of alternative resolution of consumer disputes that may arise from the contract for the electronic sale of products from the Store, using the registered entities.

The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission allows both European consumers and traders (suppliers) based in EU member states. to resolve electronically disputes arising from contracts of sale or provision of services concluded via the Internet, started its operation. The European Consumer Center of Greece has been designated as the national point of contact for Electronic Dispute Resolution (Article 5b of Law No. 70330/2015 G.Y.A. Official Gazette B' 1421). The out-of-court resolution of disputes for all commercial sectors is carried out by the Independent Authority "Consumer Advocate", which is a recognized body for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

Final Provisions - Applicable Law

Out of respect for its customers, the Company always seeks to resolve any disputes in an amicable and out-of-court manner. In any case, these terms are governed and supplemented by Greek law and the courts of the city of Athens are exclusively responsible for resolving any dispute.
